Who provides the service
Subbie Statements NSW is presented under the Construction Connects brand. The legal operator name and ABN are still being finalised. For this preview, contact support@constructionconnects.com.au.
What the website does
The website helps you enter business and contractor details, prepare a NSW subcontractor statement and download a PDF. It is an independent document preparation service, not a NSW Government service or a legal, accounting or insurance adviser. No government endorsement is claimed.
Your account and information
Use your own account, keep your login secure, and provide information you are authorised to use. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not submit false statements, impersonate another person or attempt to access another customer's records. You retain ownership of your information and allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.
Preparing and signing
Check every entry and the full form and notes before use. Saved business defaults do not confirm that payments were made or that an exemption applies. The person signing must be authorised and able to make the declaration truthfully for the relevant work period. The service does not verify ABNs against a registry, payment status, insurance, tax obligations or signing authority.
Read the signing and records guidance. Downloaded unsigned forms must be signed before submission. Check recipient acceptance before using an on-screen signature. Supply any required Certificate of Currency separately.
Your documents
PDFs and signatures drawn for individual statements are prepared in your browser and are not saved to your account. An optional uploaded signature is saved privately with your business for reuse. Download and retain your copies before closing or refreshing. We cannot retrieve a PDF that was never uploaded. Business and contractor details are saved separately to your account.
Free access
The website is free to use. There are no subscriptions, card requirements, trial limits or automatic charges.
Problems and your rights
